Today we went to our first “well baby” appt with our new pediatrician – Dr. Tara Schwab. She’s wonderful. Everything checked out – MJ is gaining weight like a champ – now weighing in at 7 lb 12 oz (almost back to birth weight), his jaundice is almost completely gone, circ is healing nicely, almost lost his umbilical cord (or as Daddy and I like to call it – belly booger) and overall – she’s very pleased with his progress!
We also had to get more blood taken – a heel prick – but this time was much less traumatic than last time … no crying from MJ … OR Momma!
After our Dr. visit – we stopped by my work to visit with co-workers and show off our gorgeous little man!
